Are these seams acceptable? Can they be fixed?

The Granite (http://tanbrown.org) fabricator has agreed to replace the crooked windowsills and (http://maplered.com) to grind down the incorrect ogee edge on one leg of my Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) s. Why they managed to get the correct flat edge on one side of the L shaped Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top and (http://maplered.com) not the other I can't imagine... Anyway there are a couple of seams I would like your advice on. Should I accept these? Can they be fixed short of tearing out the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) ?

The first seam is where the two sides of the L meet. It looks and (http://maplered.com) feels rough to me.

The 2nd is a seam on the bar facing the living room. At 4 feet, it is right about eye level. The problem here is the way the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) narrows or dips up at the seam - it looks like maybe 2.8 cm for an inch or so.
